OBAGI MEDICAL PRODUCTS
HEALTHCARE PARTNERS
Obagi Medical Products offers an exceptional line of skin care products sold through dermatologists and plastic surgeons. I helped create multiple campaigns for various product lines, new product launches, wrote packaging, sales and patient materials, and a new website.
As part of a program called Patient Experience, our goal was to improve patient satisfaction and retention by creating a doctor’s office environment that fosters a better informed patient, which makes for a stronger patient/physician relationship. Welcome posters that feature doctors from that office and doctor bios are placed in the lobbies of each office. Topics ranged from general health and wellness to specific issues such as diabetes, pain management, and stroke prevention.
To increase senior membership, we created a WellPac organizer that, along with the Patient Online Portal, help coordinate care and empower patients by literally putting all their information — including patient agendas, medications, test results, referrals, advance directives and other documents — directly in their hands in one organized place.
